Do you cover full day conferences?
Yes, and multi day programmes. Our recent work includes a summit covered across two floors in a single day and a concert programme across two venues in one weekend.
Photo, video or both?
Either or both. The crew scales to the brief: one photographer, a photo and video pair, or a full crew with a second unit. You deal with one producer regardless.
How fast do we get images?
Same night selects for social are standard on request, with the full gallery following within days. If we run your publishing, approved frames can be posting before the event ends.
Can you shoot the venue build and sponsor branding?
We plan for it. Empty room, signage, activations and sponsor placements are shot before doors open, because those are the frames sponsors and venues ask for.
Do you photograph awards nights and gala dinners?
Yes. Stage, candids, table visits and the wide of the full room, with low light handled properly rather than flashed flat.
What does event coverage cost?
Photography is $1,400 for up to four hours and $2,400 for a full day, plus $800 for a second shooter. Video is $1,750 a half day and $3,000 a full day. The instant quote below gives you the number now, with no GST to add.
We shoot across Greater Sydney: the CBD, North Sydney, Barangaroo, Parramatta, the Inner West, the Eastern Suburbs, the Northern Beaches and everywhere between, with travel beyond Sydney by arrangement.
